Kroon & De Koning 88 apartments | 270m2 of commercial space steel wall, panel and tunnel formwork
At the former PostNL Post Office location on Duikerlaan, 88 apartments are being built for starters. The plan comprises 88 rental apartments chains in 4-8 storeys including approximately 270 m2 of commercial space on the ground floor. The building will consist of energy-neutral 2, 3 and 4-room apartments, with a partial public courtyard. During the day this is accessible to everyone, in the evening the garden is closed so that there is no inconvenience for the residents. There will also be a semi-underground parking garage for around 60 cars, as it is assumed that a sharing car system is used.
